Who we are
bellos is run by Jason Fricano, doing business as Orca Solutions. You can reach us at info@bellos.app. These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using bellos, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
The beta
bellos is in a private beta. It is free, and we invite people in small groups. During the beta, features will change, some may be removed, and you may run into bugs. We may end the beta or change who can take part. If we do, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data first.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use bellos.
- Each account is for one person. Give us an email address you can receive mail at.
- Keep access to your email and devices secure, because they sign you in. Tell us at info@bellos.app if you think someone else has used your account.
Health and safety
bellos gives general training plans. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or coach who knows you.
- Check with a doctor before you start a new training program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or haven't trained in a while.
- You decide what you lift. Use weights you can handle with good form, use safety equipment, and ask gym staff for help with machines you don't know.
- Stop if something hurts, and get medical help if you need it.
You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injuries that happen while you follow a plan from bellos.
Your data
You own what you put into bellos: your setup, your logs and your notes. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only as needed to run bellos for you, as our privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
Feedback
We're glad to hear your ideas. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it to improve bellos without owing you anything for it. If we credit you by name, for example in our changelog, we'll ask you first.
Using bellos fairly
Please don't:
- break the law with bellos, or use it to harm anyone;
- try to get into other people's accounts or into parts of our systems you weren't given access to;
- overload, disrupt or probe bellos, or scrape it with automated tools;
- copy, resell or rebuild bellos as a competing service.

Our app and our name
The bellos app, website, name and logo, and the names Accordion Training™ and Earned Load, belong to us. These terms let you use bellos. They don't give you any other rights to them.
Paying for bellos
bellos is free during the beta. If we start charging, we'll tell you the price and what you get before you're asked to pay, and you choose whether to subscribe. We'll never charge you without your agreement, and cancelling takes one tap.
Ending your use
You can stop using bellos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. Unless the problem is serious or urgent, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep bellos reliable and your data safe, but we provide bellos "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that it will produce any particular result.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for bellos in the 12 months before the claim. During the free beta, that amount is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out that way. If you live somewhere that gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms don't take that right away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as bellos grows. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using bellos after that, the new terms apply.
